During her two decades with Southwest Airlines , Kris gained experience in employment & recruiting, leadership development and training, and career development.

Now as a consultant for companies in the airline, educational, medical, and insulation industries, this valuable insight continuously contributes to her ability to successfully relate to and coach individuals through their career management and organizational change. She helped develop content for, design and present numerous workshops. She is also an expert resume consultant who can help job seekers position themselves for the most sought-after job.
